Frequently asked questions
It depends on the package and your pet's needs. Drop-in visits typically last 30-60 minutes, while extended care can be for overnight stays or longer periods. Our sitters will discuss the best schedule for your pet during the booking process.
While we're cat-focused, many of our sitters are experienced with dogs and other pets too. You can browse sitter profiles to see which pets they're comfortable caring for. Our platform specializes in cat care, but we welcome bookings for other pets when sitters have the experience.
You can book a sitter directly through our app. Browse available sitters in your area, read their profiles and reviews, and send a booking request. You'll be able to communicate directly with your sitter anytime.
Many of our sitters have experience with pets that require medication, special diets, or have medical conditions. Look for sitters with 'Special Care' experience, and be sure to discuss your pet's specific needs during the booking process.
After you send a booking request to a sitter (which processes payment), you can arrange a meet-and-greet directly with them through the app's messaging feature. If you'd like to talk to a sitter before sending a booking request, we recommend scheduling a quick video call.
You can cancel a booking and receive a full refund before the sitting starts. After the sitting starts, you can receive a partial refund based on the time remaining.
